As a student at TU Delft, I developed a much greater sense of empathy with users, gained a deep understanding of user testing methods, and learned how to explore solutions that were not only functional but explored how to tap into emotions to evoke a desired user experience. I also honed my leadership skills through my work as a student ambassador and chair of the design student organization.
