The GVB metro system consists of trains, trams, ferries, and buses that move approximately 900,000 users around Amsterdam each day. The OV-chipkaart is the ticketing system for the GVB metro system. GVB vending machines, found throughout the city, enable travelers to purchase and/or top up their OV-chipkaart.
The goal of this project was to examine current traveler interactions with the exiting GVB Ticket Vending Machines and understand how this experience can be improved.
This is probably about the mapping the different user flows. Wow so many. Ooooh Ahhhh
And dont forget those users stories. So much clarity!
